Register to Golf:
You can sign up for golf when you register for the conference online. If you would like to pay by check, please download the registration form here and mail it to DBA International, 8201 Greensboro Drive, Suite 300, McLean, VA 22102. Registration forms may only be used for those paying by check. All others must register online.
Cancellations:
- Canceling before December 3, 2007 – Full Refund
- Canceling between December 3, 2007 and January 15, 2008 – 50% Refund
- Canceling on or after January 15, 2008 – NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS
