*To be eligible for Member prices, your company must be a current member of DBA International and renewed for 2012 membership. Membership is by company so any employee of a member company is eligible for member prices.
Note: Spouse/Social Guest must be registered for the Conference to participate in any social event. The registration fee for a spouse or social guest accompanying a fully paid registrant to the Annual Meeting covers the cost of all event meals, as well as attendance at DBA social functions. A Spouse/Social Guest is defined as a spouse, companion, significant other, friend or an adult child (18 years old or older) who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker, associate or spouse who works within the industry may not register in the Spouse/Social Guest category.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation submitted in writing to DBA International conference headquarters no later than Friday, December 16, 2011, will receive a full refund of the registration amount, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after December 16, but by Friday, January 6, 2012, will receive a full refund, minus 50% of registration fee. There are no refunds or cancellations accepted after January 6, 2012. Refund requests must be received in writing, or via fax or email. For email requests, there must be proof of receipt confirmation by the DBA office. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Refunds are not processed at the conference site. Substitutions are allowed in lieu of cancellation at no additional fee.
