Booth Fee Includes:
- Purchased booth dimension, draped back wall, side rails
- One 7" x 44" booth ID sign
- (2) Complimentary Exhibit Personnel badges per 100 square feet of space

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be made if written notice of cancellation is received by DBA International conference headquarters before Friday, December 2, 2011. A 50% refund will be made if written notice of cancellation is received between December 2, 2011 and January 7, 2012. No refunds will be made if cancellation is received on or after January 8, 2012.
