    <description>The CFPB has released its regulatory agenda for the period October 1, 2012 through October 1, 2013. The agenda covers rulemaking topics that the CFPB "reasonably anticipates" being under consideration during that time period. The CFPB did not identified any FDCPA rulemakings in the document, but indicated that it will continue to issue rules to define larger participants in additional consumer financial markets.</description>

    <title>Five Federal Agencies Sign MOU on ARM Supervisory Coordination</title>
    <description>The CFPB has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the other federal prudential regulatory agencies with regard to coordinating their supervisory activities required under the Dodd-Frank Act. The MOU applies only to the supervision of depository institutions with more than $10 billion in assets and their affiliates.  The MOU does not apply to the supervision of non-depository institutions, such as debt buyers.</description>
